• Use of kulono requires a valid ticalcode identity and compliance with ticalcode Terms.
• Do not upload secrets, malware, or illegal content. Do not attack the host or other tenants.
• Public repos/models may appear on Community; treat public as worldwide-visible.
• Service is as-available; git / models / data may be rate-limited or maintained offline.
• Operators may remove content or revoke hub access for abuse or safety.
